11, 2012: Assembly continues on the forward fuselage of
NA-64 3456 which is nearing completion with only the installation
of the seats, electrical boxes, and conduit left. Progress
is also being made on NA-64 3383 with the assembly of the
control assemblies.
December
13, 2011:
Tail section on NA-64 3456 has been test mounted to the tubular
frame for fitting of the canopy mounting rails. Final
assembly of cockpit sections almost complete.
August 8, 2011:
Legend of Aces will be traveling south to help finish the restoration on the AT-6G "Bluegrass Texan".
May 21, 2011:
Assembly begins on the tubular section of NA-64
3456.
April 10, 2011:
Legend of Aces will be traveling once again to
Lexington, KY to assist in the annuals of the P-51 Mustang
"Hurry Home Honey", North American SNJ and a Vultee
BT-13.
February 3, 2011:
Assembly begins on the sub-assemblies of NA-64 3456
and 3383.
January 4, 2011:
Legend Of Aces will be traveling to Texas to help
assist in the Annual Inspection of the P-38 "Thoughts Of
Midnight".
